Alabama Starz Men's Gymnastics

Welcome... Thanks for visiting our website dedicated to the Alabama Starz Gymnastics Team from Head Over Heels located in Birmingham, Alabama. We offer competition for girls beginning at level 3 up to level 10. We offer competition for boys beginning at level 4 up to level 10. For boys and girls, we offer a competitive Tumbling and Trampoline program also beginning at level 3. Our outstanding coaching staff blends discipline and fun to produce excellent gymnastics and young people of highest character. We are proud of our gymnasts accomplishments in the gym, in school and in the community. We participate in the USA Gymnastics Talent Opportunity Program (TOPs).

The Alabama Starz Boys Team is in its 3rd year of competition an now has 13 athletes. The competitive team practices year-round at the Head Over Heels facility located at 500 Caldwell Trace Park (just off Valleydale Road) in Birmingham, Alabama. To find us on Google Maps click here.
